Youtube changed their APIs. Hooktube does nothing anymore that made it preferred. Now it's just a UI with an embedded youtube video.

It was for a while, a month or two ago a big post came out saying Hooktube started counting towards views and was not stopping anything from getting counted or monitized on Jewtube.
