Cutting to the chase: "If a Club-K missile attack were to happen, the results could be cataclysmic. Each hidden missile could carry any number of conventional payloads, including those poised for a biological, chemical, electromagnetic pulse (EMP), or nuclear attack."

Clare Lopez, vice president for research and analysis at the Center for Security Policy, says, "We have no idea how many of those might be already among container traffic in the world." This is rightly disturbing for us, as millions of Americans have unknowingly put their trust in the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) review and oversight process, or probably have never given it any thought regarding safety.

Ordinarily, the CFIUS would determine whether or not any kind of foreign purchase, acquisition, or lease like this one could have some kind of national security implication. A failure of the review and oversight process is not out of the question, considering the utter failure of the Uranium One case, which occurred in the same time period. Lopez confirms, "It speaks to a lack of oversight during the Obama years, particularly of the CFIUS body that has the responsibility for oversight over deals just like this.

Either they didn't pay enough attention to it or they just let it go just like the Uranium One deal, but of course, there we know there was all kinds of malfeasance involved, including corruption, extortion, blackmail, kickbacks, and payments to the Clinton Foundation."

According to Lopez, "Gulftainer is seeking similar cargo container terminal leases at least 42 other U.S. ports." Roadways and railways extending from Port Canaveral could be giving our enemies access to the entire country.

Rostec exports Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K container cruise missile weapons system.

The joint venture is called Gulftainer Russian Technologies.

Rostec exports the ‘doomsday box’ Club-K container cruise missile launcher through its Rosoboronexport arms export division. Rostec and Rosoboronexport are Russian state-owned companies controlled by former KGB officials.

Club-K is a modular advanced weapons system.

Gulftainer, under its Rostec joint-venture, operates Russia’s Ust Luga Baltic Sea Port, one of twelve Russian ports designated for shipment of nuclear materials. Gulftainer invested $275 million in the half billion dollar joint venture with Prominvest.

Also found this which, if true, does take it up a notch, it would explain the Dems shivering in their boots, knowing that we know THEY sold out the country and if they don't take back power "by any means necessary" a number of nasty little secrets of theirs will come out. WASHINGTON: Translations from a Russian defense journal and a secret Iranian military handbook suggest a plan to attack the United States. Further, Russia and Iran have developed a Pearl Harbor 2.0 plan to sink the U.S. Navy fleet in coordinated asymmetrical attacks. Their targets? The entire United States and U.S. military bases around the world.

They will launch Russian Kalibr submarine cruise missiles, freighter ships, and Trojan Horse Club-K Container Missile System intermodal cargo containers. What’s more, they can be smuggled into U.S. ports and moved into the U.S. interior aboard trains and semi-trucks.

In 2015 the Russian journal “Natsionalnaya Oborona” (translation: National Defense) outlined a plan to “hit them in their ports” with Kalibr cruise missiles that could sink entire US Navy fleets docked in ports across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.

Now why would the story 2015 discussions of a planned attack discovered in a Russian defense journal and a secret Iranian military handbook (if true) justify casting blame on the Obama administration? Besides the long list of reasons that happened during his administration?

One reason the blame would be justified is because it was the Obama holdovers who dismantled the Congressional EMP commission Obama in September 2017, just as North Korea was testing a hydrogen bomb that could be used in a super-EMP attack.

That's a serious conclusion, it would be nice to know exactly when that report came out. A lot was happening in 2015:

Then, in April 2016, the U.S. wired Iran approximately $9 million to remove 32 metric tons of its heavy water, which is used to produce plutonium and can aid in the making of nuclear weapons.

Iranian military documents describe such a scenario. Furthermore the report includes a recently translated Iranian military textbook that endorses nuclear EMP attack against the United States.
