So let me start off by saying that I am a native of Cd. Juarez. It is the largest town on the border, and it has a very negative reputation for it's violence and drug cartels. Growing up here I've had first hand experiences with the underworld of this city, making many acquaintances within the party scene.

Let's start off with the all the young missing girls. A very powerful and influential person hired an Egyptian native named Abdul Latif Sharif, to manage the operations. So from what I've been told, Sharif was a professional human trafficker catering to the Elite, He was hired to lead a human/organ trafficking and snuff trade operation. These young girls all met a certain criteria (Young, Black Hair, Light Skin Complexion), and that is how they were targeted.

Now there is a very famous discotheque/nightclub called Vertigo. From what I've been told, during events, girls would be brought to a secret 3rd story dungeon like room of the Vertigo, where they would be filmed and tortured to death while being filmed. The music from the club would drown out any screams or sounds. The club is now shutdown, has been for years. But I'm sure this still goes on someplace else. Now as a socialite, I've attended many after parties. Never seen it first hand myself, but I'm told that a few of my acquaintances would attend exclusive orgy parties, and that it ended with some kind of sacrifice the end.
