Doing a search for Strasbourg in gutenberg.org brings up the cathedral, of course:

La cathédrale de Strasbourg pendant la Révolution. (1789-1802) by Rodolphe Reuss

http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/18133

(Strasbourg Cathedral during the Revolution: Studies on the political and religious history of Alsace, 1789-1802 )

Considering a shooting at the Christmas market in Strasbourg and the yellow vests demanding Macron's resignation, I'm not really surprised that a book like that is in the database.

More research needed on the Gothic Strasbourg Cathedral.
