Please note: I posted this in v/pizzagatewhatever, and not v/pizzagate, because this is just an interesting coincidence and pure speculation on my part. It could be meaningless, but I wanted to just throw it out there and see what other people have to say about it.
Anyway, James Alefantis is the President of the Board of Transformer, a museum that promotes emerging artists.
This is a quote from the "history and supporters" tab on their website:
"Founded by arts and development professionals Jayme McLellan and Victoria Reis in summer 2002 to profile experimental work by up and coming artists of all ages and backgrounds, “Transformer has steadily made its mark on the D.C. arts scene...the emphasis is on change and freedom, diverse voices and new artistic mediums for expression.” (*The Washington Post)"
Remember how Comet Ping Pong's posters advertised concerts with bizarre, strange artists as being "for all ages"? That's an interesting coincidence right there. But not the main thing I want to bring up.
Anyway, in the new Fox show "The Mick", there's a 6 year old boy character who is apparently transgender. Fox deleted this trailer from their Youtube channel without an explanation, but it's still available on newsbusters below. In the trailer, the 6 year old transgender character makes an appearance in what appears to be a bondage gag, says "I'm a transformer", and says that his dress "breezes on my vagina":

I just thought it was interesting that he calls himself a transformer and JA is the President of the board of the Transformer museum.
