LOL I have that on my Reddit account too it lets you know how many upvotes you've given a person. I have downvoted a lot of shills and it goes red for minus and I can always recognized them when they stray from r/politics into subs like r/conspiracy and r/hillaryforprison. But I am pretty positive you can't upvote your own posts. You start with one upvote automatically and if you get down voted it goes to 0 and it's basically a dead post after that. Shills chill on r/politics ready to downvote you to oblivion and then reprimand you for being stupid enough to post something there that isn't negative Trump crap. There is no way to save your own post from dieing.
He was using the program Reddit Enhancement Suite(RES) and that gives you easy ways to switch between multiple accounts and the +32 shows up in that program as how many times you upvoted from that computer...which means they had at least 32 accounts to upvote their submissions with.
