This dump should contain almost all PG/PGW submissions, as well as comments and external sources being referenced... The archives are on web.archive.org and/or archive.is. Save the list and you should be able to download the content. But please do respect the archive sites and download it gentally.
You may want to request the service from @SearchVoat as well. He may be able to export data in html or pdf format, so that you do not need to download individual files. He may also be able to keep Voat's data up for a while.
