CNN is absolutely disgusting. Same tactic with pizzagate, we did not investigate it and we decided there's nothing to see! Same as whole MSM basically, they're not real journalists, they're paid shills for the political establishment, they do journalism only when it's allowed by their masters which means they're not journalists to begin with.
