Now here comes interesting part of theory, why are those accounts posting balloon pictures?

Well, I've found very interesting and extremely creepy explanation to this. Could be legit or not, but let's give it a try. I've stumbled upon this article about Stephen King's It, book/movie.

Pennywise is often carrying a lot of balloons in IT, and there's a fan theory that offers an interesting meaning to them. Let's take a look.

What makes the balloons float is not helium, but the souls of all the children Pennywise has killed, hence why his famous “they all float down here” quote.

I like how you are building the association of IT's balloons and pizzagate elite. It's exactly the kind of fear about these people we have to promulgate because the reality of what they do to children is not far off the mark.
