The initiator of the petition, Anneke de B., thinks that pedo parties such as the PNVD forbidden because they increase the likelihood of child sexual abuse and increase child pornography created and distributed.

In 2006 PNVD tried to gain a foothold in the Lower House by wanting to participate in the elections.

But the minimum number of signatures required for that, 580 pieces, was not achieved.

In 2010 their second attempt to participate in the Hague chair dance failed again.

That is why the party disbanded itself in March that same year.

However, on August 7, 2020, it became new party program of the predators presented.
