Sue Black says that if a pedophile video records himself/herself using his/her hands on a child, she can forensically prove the video recorded hand(s) match a suspect at his/her trial.

I’ve had mine scanned for a security clearance but the sensor was a kind of a box that showed veins I couldn’t see on my hands with my eyes. I don’t see how someone could do that from a video or picture.

Something to do with infra red light - a mobile phone goes infra red after some time as I understand. she mentioned it in her speech.
