It features asymmetrical sloppy black scribbles on a white background. It's not a cute, aesthetically pleasing little kid's outfit like normal people favor. It's definitely worth noting.

Unless its triangle shaped, i do not think it can be considered a pedo symbol. Spirals are everywhere.
