Look at the pics. The pics are forensic evidence linked to a sexual abuse case involving a toddler. When a small child is anally raped, the capillaries around the eyes rupture as a result of blunt force trauma (from the eyes bulging).

This causes the tell tale panda eye style bruising around the eyes (too small to match a fist to the face).
