I thought it was real at first cause we all know how sick they are. It then the sex doll thing popped into my head too. Hard to tell really but if it is then it’s still very sick and perverted. Not saying much about her ada Mom or a human being. Who is she wanting to reach with a sick pic that looks just like her Son. And what is she hoping to get out of it. The FBI needs to keep their 👁 on her.
