I love finding new music, even if its only new to me.
Since about 2016 I've suddenly seen album art and titles in a new light. Found the 'Django Django' album 'Born Under Saturn' on Spotify. Before Pizzagate, I wouldn't have thought twice about this album. Now seeing the art and understanding the theme in the title has repelled me somewhat. Its a stain on my enjoyment of the music.
(Since I cant link in a discussion thread, please google this art)
Jimmy Comet, anyone?
'Born Under Saturn'.
Damnit, this band is using satanic themes and imagery and most don't realize.
My first 'Great Awakening' moment in music came with 2016's Red Hot Chili Peppers Album 'The Getaway'. Give it a listen if you haven't. The whole album is songs about Pizzagate themes. At least this album doesn't celebrate abuse, its a cautionary tale and somewhat tells the tale of the band's own awakening. It concludes with a song about the hunters becoming the hunted. Folks here are familiar with the phrase. I think RHCP had foresight of the events coming. The soft disclosure.
The more I look back, the more apparent it is to me that musicians have been talking about the evils of the industry for ages.
