Owner of Flash night club in dc is a pedo. Dig in to this guy (pizzagate)

I am a contractor in dc and was just in this guys house. Afshin Motagghi. I pulled up to the house and he had a wooden sign nailed to a tree out front that says Beware: Wild Kidz and has a stuffed Mario and Luigi doll nailed to it as well as a naked Barbie doll. I was looking around the house and noticed he had a few paintings of that one artist they all love idk the name. The dude was super creepy and offered to pay cash under ghe table. Definitely worth looking into. He is the owner of Flash night club. The painting that was the dead give away was a bunny chopping meat in a butcher shop it had all the symbolism. Any insight into the artist would help me ID the painting

The place is known for being a gay club too

I was not able to edit because I had exceeded my comment limit for 24 hours which is one. I will do more research and post again
