Amazing find for sure. I can’t believe people would take their very young kids there oblivious to the fact that they are entrenched in gov territory all around them and just an innocent children’s daycare school enlightenment centre in the middle of it all. They have to know. Would it be parents of the people who work in those gov facilities, I mean most who do work in any CIA capacity should know about this shit one would think. It would be great to go undercover and find out what really goes on to those poor kids and where they are actually taken from there.
The Awan clan lived a couple miles from ECC. Rumors have been floated about they were into human trafficking as well and snatched black girls going from the Metro to the mall or the HS across the street.
If I had to wager a guess, I'd say that ECC is a programming site and the underground CIA facility may be a training site.
Whatever it is, it's very coincidental to have those two facilities right next to, or on top of each other. Wonder if there is access to the underground facility via ECC building?
Yes I remember that stuff. No doubt whatsoever about the two facilities. My guess is yes to access to the underground facility via the ECC building. Wonder if there is any way of going in to tour the place as potentially bringing your child there (with no intentions of doing so) but to have a good look around. However the access is probably in through the employee protected area only. This kind of thing needs to be exposed what these sick fucks are doing to kids.
I don't have any small children to bring with me, thank God. If they are a "prime" recruiter for Agency programs, their CCTV will be tied back to the HAMR (vs HAMMER) and would flag me in 2 seconds back. If you notice the classified facility under WMATA cover, it is a data center. It is protected by Federal Protective Service and has unofficial cover as a Metro training facility. Multiple OC-3840 backbones buried in the utilities right-of-way passing under those facilities.
