Re the 'bank of joy' - it's not only about a tax haven. If you want to run a bank in the EU, you'll need to guarantee that your customers will be refunded for all deposits up to 100,000 Èuro if you go bankcrupt.

This isn't the case for banks situated in places like Jersey, however.
The moment I read that the 'bank of joy' doesn't give a guarantee, so that their customers will lose all their money in case of a bankcruptcy, I knew they were a fraud.
