This is shocking and horrid but you are not hearing about it now because the article is dated 2013. Would be interesting to follow up on the sentencing and if they returned the Children to their former homes. It said 3 people were foster parents. Sad.
He had only 20 months left to serve in Aug. of 2018. He should be out soon. I bet there will be many parents who will want a piece of him. And others who are just plain disgusted with perverts getting slaps on the wrist. Ugh this is awful.
