For those unaware pedo bear was an internet meme about a pedophile bear who looks for children to rape. Pedo Bears catch phrase is literally "Too old" Alot of people were posting pedophile humor memes with it as part of the meme.. Do you think this was a psyop?

On Thursday, February 4th, 2010 Polish newspaper The Gazeta Olsztynska mistakenly used the image for a front page story about the Olympics in Vancouver.[9][10]
