What does the Yellow Raincoat represent? In many movies & video games usually Horror! They depict a child wearing a yellow raincoat here are some examples

Agreed.There are probably many reasons for this pattern. I believe it has something to do with the energetic makeup of the victim, as the Egyptian and Crowley both believed in the essence and life-force which supposedly animates all humans. Chakras or energy centers are represented by different colors, like yellow, perhaps indicating temperament or even : Flavor.
This would have ultimately influenced mind control methods and magick , thus establishing psychological color triggers for the various MKUltra programs, eventually used on us, in the form of movies and mass media.

The missing boy in IT is the most recent and notable.
