Simple question, how did pizzagate initial gain traction? What was it that brought it to light? Ive been following for a while but have absolutely no clue as to how it got started.

That was indeed the first use of the exact word "pizzagate". He coined the term in 2013 when the MSM went nuts over his dinner with Sarah Palin, comparing their reaction to their reaction to Anthony Weiner's sex crimes.
