What's with all the little gargoyle things sitting around? You'd think all the great and mighty scientists and financiers like Gates and Hawking, and the great and good English elites like Prince Andy, would have noticed them, and at least asked themselves, "WTF is going on? I thought this was supposed to be a highly respected scientific conference."

Or more likely, "When does the Satanic stuff start? Orgies and sacrifices. And cannibal feasts. Where is the Stairway to Hell?"
