Apparently 5 months before that post someone noticed the same similarity and actually had an instagram screenshot of a post made by Rachel Chandler that was of Desmond.

I feel like this was the supportive evidence I needed to say that kid hugging the dog from RCs tumblr is most likely Desmond.

The more connections are being made and a 'big picture' is slowly but surely being revealed, the more it feels like the world is a small place. Much smaller than I originally thought.
