Are there any instances of grassroots change around child pedo rings/predation anywhere? (pizzagate)

I have a genuine question: I was wondering if anywhere has gotten any traction where the general public has managed to eradicate pedo rings locally? If there are any success stories I'd love to hear them (I'm fairly sure others would too.)
