I'd submit that if these kids are soliciting sex from adults then they are at the least, exposed to porn (gee, in this day and age, how hard is that-check out your local grocery store magazine rack at child height and voila) or at worst, already exposed to a predator or have been previously abused.

I'd submit that most of them are run aways soliciting for money, food and shelter in urban areas for survival and most of them sexual abuse victims
