14:45, which the OP seems to have now included; 16:15 for the second mention. Basically a warning of how harmful misinformation is & how "uncredible" stories & accusations lead to violence. She paradoxically then emphasizes the importance cybersecurity, despite being the single-best example in the world of a criminal powerhouse politician becoming justifiably villainised for bleaching emails & covering up the satanic fraternity that is the Clinton Foundation slush fund.
