In a similar case in Los Angeles last week, Municipal Judge Susan Isacoff dismissed pornography charges against punk rocker Jello Biafra and record company manager Michael Bonnano, who had been charged with distributing harmful matter to minors.

The charge was brought against the two as the result of a complaint from a mother after her 14-year-old daughter purchased an album titled Frankenchrist by Biafra's now-defunct group, the Dead Kennedys. Included in the album was a poster reproduction of a painting by Swiss artist H.R. Giger called Penis Landscape, depicting 10 sets of copulating male and female genitals.
