“An autopsy found that financier Jeffrey Epstein sustained multiple breaks in his neck bones, according to two people familiar with the findings, deepening the mystery about the circumstances around his death,” the Washington Post reports.

“Among the bones broken in Epstein’s neck was the hyoid bone, which in men is near the Adam’s apple. Such breaks can occur in those who hang themselves, particularly if they are older… But they are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation.”

The fracture may be associated with gunshot injury, car accidents, or induced vomiting. In 50% of strangulations and 27% of hangings, hyoid fractures occur.

I think they opted for presenting it as a possible murder, since so many people think that Epstein didn't die, but that they replaced him with a body double.

It is so obvious that the ears and the nose of the person that was allegedly taken to hospital were different from Epstein's.

Kudos to the public, who didn't buy the suicide story.

I think they just put an actor, who didn't die either, on a gurney, and took some pics.

How long will it take before the rigor mortis will set in when someone died - do you know - I know that depends on stuff like temperatures etc. though.

Starting between two and six hours following death, rigor mortis begins with the eyelids, neck, and jaw. The sequence may be due to different lactic acid levels among different muscles, which is directly related to the difference in glycogen levels and different types of muscle fibers.

Rigor mortis then spreads to the other muscles, including the internal organs, within the next four to six hours.

According to Wikipedia. Warm temps speed it up, cold make it last longer.

Yes. Someone pointed out that the scene couldn't have been a hospital entrance, but was a garage, but not a

hospital's garage, due to some plates on the wall.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the link anymore. They said that the head on the pics was too big in comparison to the body.

TL;DR - I don'tbelieve for a minute that he died. Espcecially considering how the MSM changed their talking points.

Also, the coroner seems to have a history of being involved in dubious stuff.

They said that guards didn't check on Epstein for three hours, and that he was dead for about an hour when they found him. But someone who hanged himself, and was in the noose for an hour would have looked totally different - with a really swollen purple face. And never forget the ears and the nose look different.

Yeah, it was a fire station apparatus bay -- air compressor hose on the wall, back boards stretchers hanging next to them, lots of dirt smudges.
