One thing I don’t understand, flying drones over a private property and filming blatantly is forbidden, never mind that fbi and nypd are at work in that private property. One would think that they’d try to track rusty and confiscate the drone including the footage. Yet this does not happen and the vid gets uploaded. I’m not complaining and extremely happy to get to see all this but what am I missing?

"blatantly prohibited" ? Source please?

Happy to provide one of many sources, but I was corrected and I happily accepted. The draft of this bill was talked about months ago.

So, a potential tort. Not quite the same as blatantly illegal. Look up the actual 107 regs and tell me what the regs are for flying a drone.
