Okay - so it seems Epstein was not on suicide watch. This coming after his 23rd July 'suicide' attempt.

The only way he could have come off suicide watch is if the Chief Psychologist of the facility determines the inmate is not a risk. How could this have been decided so quickly after he was found with marks on his neck at the end of July? Who took Epstein off suicide watch?

Need to find out who the Chief Psychologist is at the New York MCC. I've been rooting around but haven't found much - just the name of the Health Services Administrator from a PREA audit report back in April 2018 - one Hossam Gregory.
