Oops..the story is confused. Now they are saying that he was not on suicide watch. Yes, it seems he wasn't on suicide watch anymore.

Also, nobody seems to know whether there was a camera in his cell at all or not (allegedly, some cells there seem to have cameras other haven't got a camera): So I was a bit surprised this guy seems to know, but then he didn't link any source at all.
