Although these stories sound believable, please check your sources people. Newspunch, YourNewsWire, NeonNettle are all fake news sites run by well-known clickbait specialists Sean Adl-Tabatabai and Dmitri Baxer. Just google "Sean Adl-Tabatabai" and "fake news" and you will see all you need to know.
