It's a little hard for me to jump to torture chair, from dentist chair in the bathroom.
I don't put it out of the question, as it is possible to have multiple uses... But the first thing I do think of is the idea that a billionaire might not just have his hair dresser come to him when he needs his hair cut, it might be possible to have a dentist and dental assistant come to him for regular dental work.

If the chair were on the island, and not in his place in Florida, it would make sense that it's not there for legitimate dentistry.
Unless, of course, there are some accounts from people being tortured in that chair in Florida, which I am unaware of, currently.
