The reason Jan got caught was because he was sending these child pornographic images to person(s) in New York

This case received a gag order due to information found on Jan's computer.

The information is an email list contained 3000 names which included many high profile politicians in DC

The gag order was placed so the info about the politicians involved would not be made known to the public

During the conversation, the source said that case has to do with pedogate and is being covered up due to the amount of high profile politicians involved.
