I don't know. I used to be disgusted by this type of music as well, thinkign the bands were evil. But after growing up and looking into it, its mostly dark humor. In this case, I think perhaps some of the members were either around this type of Satanic ritual growing up and took inspiration from that (not saying they are guilty, the lyrics seem critical towards the behavior) or perhaps they look into it after being redpilled and since no one believes it they put it in a "fantasy" song. When I read these lyrics, all I see is someone telling a story that is probably very true, now and throughout history. They know this will shock other people, what is the most shocking, is the secret that they know it's not fiction: it's true. How do you get people to listen to something so terrible they would turn you away in shock and disbelief? Art.

I'm on this fence with this.

Could have been exposed to that in real life, or taken part in it. Street people still call it "the life." I sleep better at night knowing which side I am on. Listen to the lyrics again.

What are "street people"?

Ghetto types, drug dealers, urban poor, homeless, cops. People that know what is going on in the street. The blurring between artistic license, and heinous deeds by those who control the industry is quite intentional.
