I came across this article yesterday, dated appropriately as June 2, 2019 that coincides with the video. It provides a rather nice "diary" of HRC's work specifically involving children, with a short-and-sweet comment for each year from 1970-2018.
The website appears reputable. I have read many of their articles in the past but kind of forgot about them. Anyway, just wanted to share.

Well, his comment history doesn't really strike me as shillish. It looks like he stopped posting two months ago because he was shocked by srayzie's post about Webb being Mossad.
He stopped posting in April 2017 possibly because the sub had been going for five months and everything started to die down. It got really slow there for months in the early days of Trump's administration. A lot of accounts went dormant when no arrests happened right away. The timing fits for that. Voat was having a lot bugs and DDoS problems back then, too. Cache update lags made it look like votes weren't being counted. A lot of people thought we were a limited hangout.
