How does naming the government of the day make me partisan? And how does engaging in a fallacy of relative privation excuse the actions of that government?
There is a pattern of behaviour with the Labour Party, from Patricia Hewitt & Harriet Harman lobbying for PIE, to Jeremy Corbyn refusing to discuss the Islington care home abuse, to Naz Shah's disgraceful comments. However, when one considers that half the Monday Club were raping boys in the Elm Guest House, to paedo Liberal MPs like Cyril Smith and Clement Freud and a Liberal councillor (whose name escapes me) suggesting that prostitution be suggested as a viable career choice to secondary school kids in careers, it certainly does span party lines and I've talked about all these scumbags in previous PG posts/comments. In all honesty, I hate them all with a perfect hatred!

If you want to take Gordon Brown to task for his role, by all means. But mind your implications.
"the British Labour Party therefore believes that children can consent to have sex" implies the Labour party is somehow unique in this regard.
The whole system, from the Crown down, is complicit.

I implied nothing; I quoted the Labour Home Office verbatim then stated the obvious truth. You merely inferred.

Hmmm, upon some further digging, you may be correct. I didn't realize there was a clear line between Labour and the Fabian Society...

Amazing how this thing keeps circling back around to the same clowns. Thanks for the expanded understanding of UKDS.
