The Perot family has a long history of starting and growing successful companies as well as investing in great companies founded by others. For nearly three decades, Perot Investments has provided equity and debt capital to scores of public and private businesses. Through Perot Holdings, we are focused on acquiring majority stakes in private companies managed by others in which we can play an active role in creating long-term value.
A Legacy of Success
Our legacy dates back to the Perot family’s simple beginnings in Texarkana, Texas. Ross Perot began his entrepreneurial journey in 1962 by founding Electronic Data Systems (EDS). His vision essentially created the Information Technology (IT) services sector, which today has become an almost $300 billion global industry. Mr. Perot took EDS public in 1968 and later merged the company with General Motors. Subsequently, Mr. Perot and his son, Ross Perot, Jr. started and led Perot Systems, an IT services company. Perot Systems went public in 1999 and was acquired by Dell Inc. in 2009. Ross Perot, Jr., is also the founder and chairman of Hillwood, a real estate investment and development company ranked among the top 10 residential land developers in the United States.

Emphasis added.
Henry Ross Perot Jr. (born November 7, 1958)[2] is a real estate developer and American businessman who is best known for his development of AllianceTexas, an inland port near Dallas-Fort Worth, and his circumnavigation of the world in a helicopter at the age of 23.
Perot serves as the Chairman for multiple companies including The Perot Group[3] and Hillwood.[4] He is the elder son of billionaire American businessman and former United States presidential candidate Ross Perot.
Early Life
Perot was born and raised in Dallas, the son of Margot (née Birmingham) and Ross Perot. He graduated from St. Mark's School of Texas in 1977.[5] After graduating from Vanderbilt University, he served in the United States Air Force for eight and a half years.[6]
Perot has expanded his family's fortune primarily through real estate and serves as chairman of The Perot Group, which manages the various Perot family interests that include real estate, oil and gas, and financial investments.
Perot is also Chairman of Hillwood, which he founded in 1988. Hillwood is ranked among the top ten real estate developers in the United States and is recognized for its high-profile projects and public-private ventures.
In March 2007, presidential candidate Mitt Romney, seeking the Republican Party nomination selected Perot as a member of his Texas finance committee.[14]

Oh cool! Didn't realize web.archive.org captures the "Network Visualizer" properly.
Adding to post.
The_Real_Wahrheit ago
I wondered how you picked up that connection! So there is a kind of mindmap function in archive?
argosciv ago
web.archive.org allows more scripts to run when taking snapshots, than does archive.is(etc); therefore web.archive.org properly displays the "Network Visualizer" on corporationwiki.com because it is generated using a script which the other archive service does not allow to run.
shewhomustbeobeyed ago
Wasn't sure if it would or not, TIL.

Same lol.
I knew archive.fo wouldn't, hence opting for a screenshot instead. I'll try to remember to use web.archive.org for corporationwiki now.

Yeah, corpwiki is one of those on my archiving shit list.
