I have seen nothing that indicates that video came from Isaac Kappy. In fact if you look at the timestamp on the original 4chan post you will see that the video was posted at or around 4am Arizona time. 4chan runs on UTC iirc. Which would have made it 9:48 Arizona time. Two hours after he died roughly.
