In the scene they are watched by elites wearing masquerade masks like in Eyes Wide Shut and It shows what appears to be a pedophile sex party where the victims are forced to masturbate to horrific and sick shit like people being tortured as it gets worse and worse and whoever can't masturbate is murdered and replaced. The last act is a man raping a child. This scene is pure pizzagate and NSFW at all.

I couldn't even watch all of the trailer. I don't want you to watch sick, twisted, perverted movies. You know that was most likely based on true events. Those people aren't human beings and don't deserve to live. They need to be wiped from the face of the earth. It will happen.
