A "J. Podesta" still owns that house though. I just checked the records. Listed as an additional owner is an "M. Champagne", which I believe is Megan Champagne Rouse, or Megan Rouse - his daughter. The area isn't where you'd expect him to live, certainly not a main address, so he's likely got multiple properties across DC...and beyond.
