First get a DOD Level Wiping software so your not in trouble yourself although your 17 , But you need to contact your local police dept about it and then yes you can still file a claim about it and report it to FBI does not matter what age you are you can still file a claim about it to report it, im sure they have a phone number you can report it anonymously as well !!
they will arrest you for possession of child pornography. your hard drive is tainted now, you can be arrested whenever the powers that be deem it appropriate
