Thoughts and analysis: If this goes through, I believe that it will be possible to take down the Clintons via RICO. Remember, RICO is INTENTIONALLY designed to be somewhat vague so as to put mobsters in jail, then pile on other crimes from other investigations while they’re safely locked in the slammer. Serves as a counter measure against attempts to silence investigations.
