Somewhat long article with images to actual case documents in the NXIVM case. Prosecutors are seeking to present evidence of direct financial links between NXIVM and Hillary Clinton.

The article also talks about the Gillibrand ties to NXIVM. Goes on to link Gillibrand to the Clintons. Her stepmother is also linked to the group.

Thoughts and analysis: If this goes through, I believe that it will be possible to take down the Clintons via RICO. Remember, RICO is INTENTIONALLY designed to be somewhat vague so as to put mobsters in jail, then pile on other crimes from other investigations while they’re safely locked in the slammer. Serves as a counter measure against attempts to silence investigations.

One of the gems of information contained in Document 414 , that notable filing by prosecution, wherein they ask the judge to rule on admissibility of a raft of crimes and misdemeanors that that racketeering enterprise known as Nxivm allegedly engaged in, but were not charged for, is the following, and is found on page 24 of the document. It alleges an illegal scheme to support a certain candidate for president of the USA. While the prosecution does not name the candidate Nxivm allegedly illegally supported, Frank Report will identify her: She is Hillary Rodham Clinton.
