Vincent Vendetta reports on an old story which seems to be resurfacing in which a British Home Office whistleblower revealed that the Home Office funded the Paedophile Information Exchange, an offshoot of the Campaign for Homosexual Equality which advocated the lowering of the legal age of consent to 4 and the decriminalisation of child pornography.
