Hang on.. I was under the impression.. that Mrs Ruth Ashcraft was stating that the photo was taken from Ms Chandler (the Handler)'s tweeter feed.. and that Mrs Ruth Ashcraft was confirming her presence on the photo (Mrs RC being the girl holding the 'device' up to the sky..) by asking Q to validate her claim as to the the place and date that the photo was taken..
I hope we're on the same page, tho.. I may have been mistaken. What was your understanding?

Rachel Chandler isn’t in that picture. This was Sarah Ruth Ashcraft.

Yes, she is a photographer. I was just saying she’s not the one taking this photo. It came from Sara Ruth Ashcraft’s Twitter. Are we on the same page?
