Here is some basic evidence.

This photo was taken in March, 2019, in Taipei, Republic of China, also known as Taiwan. It was taken at the Huashan Creative Park, a upscale location for overpriced consumer goods, art festivals, and the like. Other locations in Taipei with similar images include the Museum of Contemporary Art.
Discussion: The image is of a child in a bunny costume. The bunny costume appears to be randomly tattered and torn. The buttocks of the child are exposed. The child is tied up with leafy vines. The hood of the bunny costume has a third eye.

@pepeshadilay, I need you to edit the link provided by Factfinder2 into your submission, now that we've figured out the source of the mural. Typically, jpg's alone don't meet our submission requirements (Rule 2). In order to fairly administer the rules, I need to give this our 24 Hour Grace flair and ask you to update your post with the full sourcing. Otherwise we will have to remove it, which would be a shame. Thanks.

I edited the original post to give the link and credit FactFinder2. Please let me know if that is how things are supposed to be done. Thanks.
