The following is a collection of information regarding a chain of relationships which shows loose links between The Podesta Group & NXIVM.

This image was recently submitted to v/QRV. Which requires users to manually parse the links contained therein for the purpose of verification cough.

The Secretary of the TWCF Board of Directors is Walter Owen Pryor, who is/was also a/the Prinicpal at The Podesta Group.

Although Raniere had been designated as the administrator of her estate, prosecutors allege he had no right to use her credit card after her death. They said that it may have been done to conceal his access to money, that it is potentially tax evasion, and that Bronfman assisted him.

14. Nxivm maintains headquarters at 455 New Karner Road, Albany, NewYork 12205. Nxivm operates centers all over the Americas including in the United States, Canada, Central America and Mexico. Raniere and many members of Nxivm ("Nxians") live approximately 15 miles outside of Albany, New York, in Halfmoon, New York, near Nxivm's headquarters. The instrument transferring title of the Hale Drive Property to Executive Housing & Properties, Inc. lists 455 New Karner Road, Albany, New York 12205 as Executive Housing & Properties, Inc.'s place of business.

The Hale Drive residence has a hot tub and a large bed on the second floor and was searched by the FBI around the same time the nearby residence of NXIVM co-founder Nancy Salzman was raided on March 27. Property records indicate the Hale Drive residence has been owned since 2004 by a now-inactive corporation, Executive Housing & Properties, which lists Salzman as its chief executive officer. The corporation's address, 455 New Karner Road in Albany, is also the location of NXIVM's headquarters.
