The spiral itself isnt a pedo symbol.
The spiral was adopted by pedos - but itself grew out of the swirling "yellow brick road" segment from The Wizard of Oz.
The WOZ is well known for its use as a trigger mechanism which is used in the creation of MK Ultra Monarch program subjects.
Going "over the rainbow" (eyes wide shut reference - remember when main character descends into satanist underworld) is a reference to the subject being placed into a state of post hypnotic suggestion, following the mental fracturing that creates dual identities - personas who are programmed to perform functions for the "elite" (watch/research Jay Myers excellent documentaries on this).
One of those functions is as a sexual slave - hence the pedo swirl connection - but there are others. It seems less likely to me Drs are pushing pedos swirls for no decernable reason, and more likely this is a prompt that primes the mind to accept a further form of programming, to be built upon elsewhere in other media.
